Income Tax

From ITR filing to notice replies and appeals.

Income tax is our principal area of practice. The Income-tax Act, 2025 has replaced the Income-tax Act, 1961 from 1 April 2026, introducing the single "Tax Year" in place of the previous year and assessment year. Matters for earlier years continue under the old Act, so we handle both: current-year compliance under the new law and pending returns, notices and appeals under the old one.

Section references: Income-tax Act, 1961, with the corresponding section of the Income-tax Act, 2025 in brackets. Form references: old form number, with the new form number under the Income-tax Rules, 2026 in brackets.
